the installation and shift of the Sunnyway SW3360A Digital Printing
System. For the initiative installation, the operation of test-run
and shift must be implemented by deputy certificated by Sunnyway Company
to ensure the function of the equipment in order. |

Environmental Requirements
The Sunnyway SW3360A Digital Printing System belongs to advanced
machinery products, so the ideally operational surroundings are: Clean
and dust-proof£¬consistent temperature (20¡æ-28¡æ), relative humidity
40~70% (frost free). The printing machine should be free from various
potential electromagnetic interferences. The floor should be easy
to clean and does not produce any dust and static. |
¡ïAttention:
1).The neutral gray is used for fitment and simple white is used
for lightening. All these are helpful for operator and customer to
judge the veracity of color.
2).The changes of temperature and humidity may influence the property
of ink, and then the effect of the output picture.
3).Though the smell emitted during the printing process is innoxious,
for the sake of health of operator, we advise emission device be used
to pipe out volatile solvent produced during printing process. A couple
of input and output exhaust fans are preferable, while the specification
is set according to the size of the room. |
¡îWarning:
1).Don't operate the equipment under the environment with the
inflammable, burst and dank substance.
2).Because of the potential inflammability of the volatile substance,
the exhaust fan and other electrical device installed by users should
be of the function against burst. |

Electric Power Requirement
The specification for power of Sunnyway SW3360A:
220V(¡À10%), 25A, 50HZ, single-phase AC, Maximum Power 5KW.
An independent switcher and single earthing is indispensable between
the power supply and equipments. |
¡ïAttention:
A 6KW or above power manostat should be installed to protect
computer and circuit of printing systems for those regions with unstable
voltage. |
¡îWarning:
1).If the power is shut off for a long time, the nozzle will be
jammed forever, so it is forbidden to turn off power for Sunnyway
SW3360A Digital Printing Systems and users must be equipped with a
UPS not lower than 5.5 KW.
2).To avoid the impulsion of current and voltage, the power should
not be share with other large electrics or ones with fierce electrical
interference.
3).The damage to equipment will be unpredictable if interruption of
power, too high or low voltage impulsion taken place during the runtime. |

and Illumination to the user¡¡¡ö

1)£® Sunnyway
digital printing system meets all safety requirement of printing system.
To protect the operator and equipment to the most extent, the operation
should be strictly followed according to the Manual.
2)£®It should be installed and maintained by the personnel approved
by us, and operation should follow the specific stipulation in the
Manual.
3)£®It is not allowed to refit, replace or delete all hardware and
software in the system without written permission from our company.
4)£®It is only allowed to operate the system for those professionals
are wholly qualified and passed through accurate training, the operator
must learn the Manual carefully, and keep the Manual in the place
easy to get.
The following requirement resolution owing requirements and responsibilities
are recommended for operators of SUNNYWAY digital printing system£º
¡€Responsible
for printer's operation and maintenance;
¡€Communicate
with Sunnyway Technique Support Department;
¡€Capable of phone-assisted
problem resolution and simple repair;
¡€Experience of
Microsoft network and PC;
¡€Technical background
involving electronics and mechanics;
¡€Color aptitude
and theory;
¡€Knowledge of
pre-printing and later produce;
¡€Can make detailed
record of operation and problem solving.
5)£®If the system does not work normally, or out of the control under
the requirement specified in the manual, the operator should contact
us immediately to ask for instant help.
6)£®The users can only proceed proper maintenance for printing system
in the range of authority from us.
